  • to prepare and present quotes, offers, and technical proposals as well as to negotiate and conclude commercial or research contracts (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to perform and administer contracts concluded with you or with the entity you represent, including delivery of products and R&D services (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

Who receives my data?

Access to your personal data is granted to authorised employees and associates of Chemini. We may also share your data with trusted third parties that support us in running our business, in particular:

These entities process your personal data only based on a written agreement with us and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

How long will my personal data be processed?

The retention period depends on the purpose of processing:

  • correspondence and data collected through the contact form: for the duration of our communication and for a reasonable period afterwards to document our exchange and handle possible follow-ups;
  • data processed in connection with a contract: for the duration of the contract and for the period required for settlement and for the expiration of potential claims resulting from it;
  • data processed to fulfil a legal obligation: for the period required by the applicable law (for example, accounting records must be retained for at least 5 years);
  • data processed based on our legitimate interest: until you object to such processing or until the purpose expires, whichever occurs first;
  • data processed based on your consent: until you withdraw your consent.

Do I have to provide my data?

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, in certain situations it is necessary in order for us to respond to your inquiry, present a quote, or execute a contract. If you do not provide the data marked as required in our contact form or in a direct request, we will not be able to contact you back or deliver the requested service.

Where is my personal data processed?

Your personal data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). In some cases, our service providers may process data outside the EEA, for example in the United States. In such situations, we ensure an adequate level of protection by relying on mechanisms approved by the European Commission, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. You have the right to obtain a copy of these safeguards by contacting us at office@chemini.pl.
